Youth Fellowship & Youth Alpha


~ For the Younger Generation to Come and Meet in a Friendly, Safe and Fun Environment ~


The YF is a group of young people (age 12+) who meet on a regular basis each week, usually on Sunday nights. The aim is simply to encourage and facilitate young Christians in their walk with God and every day lives. This usually means that each night is jam packed with the opportunity for serious crack and quality fellowship. There is informal worship, discussions, debates, games, teaching and loads more.


We have already scheduled outings and a camp into the new calendar to create a more fun-packed and interesting year.


Tasty food and thirst-quenching beverages are laid on at each meeting.

Youth Council

~ Direction and Resources for Youth Ministry ~


The Parish Youth Council includes GFS Leaders, BB Officers, Sunday School teachers and representatives from the Select Vestry.


We receive funding from the South Eastern Education and Library Board towards costs for heating, lighting and care-taking. These funds are then passed on to the Church. There is also some money given towards transport for youth outings.


We usually meet three times each year to discuss items of mutual interest to each organisation.
